Therefore, we kindly request that you familiarize yourself with our policies before placing an order for our clinical skincare products or devices to ensure a positive experience. As part of our transparency commitment, we would like to share our policies regarding product orders, shipments, and deliveries with you.

Shipping Policies

Payment of clinical product invoices for at-home treatment plans and online orders is agreement to the following terms: all orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS, processing time is 2-5 business days M-F, and delivery time within the US is 3-6 business days. For expedited shipping, contact us directly at​

Please keep in mind that during holidays, flash sales, promotions or launches, these processing times may vary without notice. After the outlined processing time has completed and your order ships, tracking will be provided to you via email. It is your responsibility to track and monitor your order once it ships. Please contact the shipping carrier if special accommodations are needed pertaining to arranging delivery details using the tools offered by the specified carrier. 

Shipments and deliveries

We understand the importance of timely delivery of our skincare products. However, please note that we are not responsible for any shipping delays that may occur due to natural occurrences, pandemics, Fed Ex, USPS or post office delays. We also ask that you confirm the shipping address at checkout to avoid any undeliverable packages as we are not responsible unless a clerical error was made on our end. We hope to exceed your expectations with our quality products and service.

At Davonna Skin Clinic, we take pride in our commitment to fast and reliable shipping for all of our customers. Please note that signatures are not required upon delivery, so be sure to provide a secure location for your package. Once your package has been shipped, we will provide confirmation of delivery, but please note that we cannot be held responsible for any stolen or missing packages.​

Please note that some of our products may be drop-shipped from the manufacturer, which means that these items will be shipped directly from the manufacturer's warehouse to your doorstep. This excludes Davonna Skin Clinic or Beauty x Davonna from being the shipper or carrier which means we cannot be included in any claims or disputes for shipments. We assure you that your products will be packaged and shipped with the utmost care to ensure they arrive safely and in a timely manner.

Returns and refunds

Please note that we do not offer any refunds, exchanges, or returns on any of our services or products. All sales are final. We are committed to providing our clients with quality service and products, and we stand behind our work.
